Hold off on the technical jargon – what will it do for my game?
Aided by its Aeroskin feel and smooth carbon finish, this Dunlop Biomimetic looks and feels great, but it’s the racket’s performance that will most likely bring a smile to your face. A well-balanced model that allows you to create spin with ease, the 400 Tour also offers a clean hit with ample power but never feels like that power is too much. In fact, those of you who aren’t regularly crisp with your groundstrokes might want a racket with a little more pop and a sweet spot that’s easier to find, but it’s worth noting that if you can regularly find the right area the bat has a wonderful feel. Right up your street if power is easy to come by and you want to concentrate on precision between the lines.

Go on then, give us the technical bit
Don’t mind if I do. After the animal-inspired outer texture – which reduces aerodynamic drag – comes the human-inspired frame. The Anatomic construction in the throat of the racket is inspired by the human bone structure, apparently, which gives a similarly strong level of stability and control. HM6 Carbon enhances the feel, while the anti-friction grommet system allows more string movement for added power off the string bed.

In English?
Strong, solid and quick through the air, but a tad more proficient in providing control than power, perhaps.
